I'll do my best to critique this, because I do really like what you've done here, but there are still some things I have questions about.
For starters, you do a FANTASTIC job of drawing Francesca here. She's huge, yet her outfit renders her adorable, especially with the bows and the way she does her hair. I think the shading is also top notch and works well with the cartoony style you've achieved. Everything looks well and in place as a drawing.
What's unclear to me is that it seems like there's a story here that I can't figure out. Francesca's very angry face contrasts with what looks to be a normally pleasant and cheerful outfit, and for some reason she is upset with Mickey. We have very little clues to puzzle out why she's acting this way to Mickey, and Mickey's expression, while also good, doesn't give us much to go on either.
I think you could have a lot of reasons to have Francesca get upset during a visit to Disney World and have a reason to berate the much smaller mouse, but the lack of clear storytelling in the picture is why I'm confused. It might even be solved with a dialogue balloon or something else in the picture that lets us know why she's upset.
Aside from that, great pic! Another finely done muscle drawing.
"Whattya mean the girls sizes in the gift store only go to XL". . . .
"Sorry lady, ask the chinese factory workers, I had nothing to do with it - hehe, cut bow by the way?"
Love the dimensions, the adorable dress, the perfect lighting, and the expressions.
If feel a little sorry for Mickey, although there is a side of me that says if Francesca is anything like my ex, she might get frighteningly angry, but if she actually realizes it wasn't warranted the make up can be unbelievable . . . .
Super adorable, sharp, and beautiful work as always Red! Your shading is fantastic, and so are Francesca's epic proportions and expression. The perspective is awesome too! Love how you made her dress sparkly! Really well done!
